At Greenwave Consolidators, we are able offer custom clearances for all our clients. We have a professionally and good relationship to the finnish customs, also known as "Tolli".
We need the following documents and information, before we can issue a custom clearance:
Companies with Finnish organization number:
- VAT ID number and custom credit number.
- Packinglist and commecial invoice
- If possible, a copy of GSP-, A.TR- or EUR1-certificate(for tariff reduction).
- Copy of Bill of Lading
- Cargo number(Arrival notice) provided by Greenwave Consolidators.
- HS code
Private clients - Personal effects/removal cargo(Vat and duty free):
- Packinglist
- Copy of passport
- A proof of residence abroad for at least 1 year.(Examples could be: Confirmation from School, employer or copy of your passport)
- Identification number. (For foreigners, you can submit for a temporary personal identification number at the customs)
- Cargo number(Gods nummer) provided by Greenwave Consolidators.
- Outfilled form from the finnish customs(Mandatory). Will be provided to you by our team, or you can download the form on: http://www.tulli.fi/fi/yrityksille/sahkoinenasiointi/lomakkeet/muut_tullilomakkeet/index.jsp (form 45s - Vakuutus muuttotavaroina maahan tuotujen tavaroiden tullittomuuden ja verottomuuden edellytyksistä)
Private clients - freight of all kind:
- Packinglist and commercial invoice
- If possible, a copy of GSP-, A.TR- or EUR1-certificate(For tariff reduction)
- Organization or identification number.
- Copy of bill of lading
- Cargo number(arrival number) provided by Greenwave Consolidators.
